Improved facilities for fishing at Hvide Sande Harbor

As part of Hvide Sande Harbour's strategic development, there is a focus on the development and optimization of the business area Fishing in close collaboration with stakeholders throughout the value chain.

In this connection, Danske Fiskeauktioner A/S, represented by Michael Lodahl, and Hvide Sande Harbour have just entered into an agreement regarding the optimization of the auction facilities at Hvide Sande Harbour.

The agreement provides that Hvide Sande Harbour will lease the space in the auction hall to Danske Fiskeauktioner A/S, which will invest in the conversion of approximately 350 m2 for personnel, administration, and auction facilities.

Danske Fiskeauktioner A/S will initiate the process for building permits in the near future and expects that the construction can commence during the summer to be operational around the turn of the year 2023/2024.

Hvide Sande Harbour is very pleased with the expansion of the facilities from Danske Fiskeauktioner, as the optimization contributes to making the facilities for fishing even more competitive and efficient.
