Operation of electric stands

Electric stands operate on a cloud-based system that is very user-friendly. You simply need to register the vessel's phone number in the system, after which the vessel can connect a cable to the electric stand. Then you just need to call the number on the stand, after which the plug will be activated.

The consumption is recorded continuously. When you unplug the power plug, the system will automatically send a receipt via SMS to the vessel for the consumed power, and the port can retrieve the consumption in the web-based system for further billing. If there is an error, and the power to the vessel is interrupted, an SMS will also be sent to the vessel.

New vessels must contact the harbor guard to be registered in the system.

If you have questions, you can always contact our harbor guard.
