DRONE FLYING AT HVIDE SANDE HARBOUR

It is forbidden to fly with a drone in the area of Hvide Sande Harbor - regardless of the purpose - without prior permission from the harbor guard. 

It is also forbidden to fly with a drone outside the harbor area to photograph/videotape in the area of Hvide Sande Harbor without prior permission from the harbor guard. 

The harbor guard can be contacted at portcontrol@hvshavn.dk or 97 31 16 33. 

The following information must be sent to the harbor guard:

·         Name of applicant (individual or company)

·         Contact information (phone number and e-mail)

·         Purpose of the flight (e.g. inspection, filming)

·         Date and time frame for the flight

·         Operation area

·         Drone operator's registration number (from the Transport Authority)

Permission for drone flying at Hvide Sande Harbor is generally granted only as a one-time permission.
A new application for permission must therefore be submitted each time drone flying is desired. 

The harbor guard considers the following when applying for permission to fly with a drone in the area of Hvide Sande Harbor: 

The Drone Regulation (BEK 2253), the Drone Ordinance (EU 2019/947), and the Drone Product Regulation (EU 2019/945).

Hvide Sande Harbor reserves the right to assess whether a desired drone flight will interfere with other interests in the harbor's/customers' area and decide whether the flight can be conducted (among other things, in accordance with regulation 1190, Regulation of the Act on CCTV Surveillance).

Hvide Sande Harbor may at any time require to see approval and authorization for the drone and drone pilot.
